Chat Pro feature status
Available in configured workspaces: AI Chat Assistant, Lead Capture, Human Handoff (including live staff replies). Appointment Booking requires a configured Google Calendar connection; Outlook and rescheduling are planned. A booking is confirmed only after the connected calendar confirms the event — a pending record is not a confirmation. The present widget does not confirm or reschedule appointments in Google or Outlook, and in-widget calls and video sessions are not part of the current service. On the horizon, each "coming later" with no announced release dates: more calendar options; files & business knowledge; brand-your-dashboard; team collaboration; a mobile workspace; more ways to connect.
