Who we are
Nimble Chat Pro (“Nimble”) is part of Nimble Suites. We provide businesses with an AI receptionist that answers website chat, email, and phone conversations and helps book appointments. Questions about this policy: admin@nimblesuites.com.
Information we collect
Account information. When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and the business details you provide.
Business content. Information you add about your business — such as services, pricing, hours, and answers to common questions — so Nimble can respond to your customers on your behalf.
Customer conversations. Messages your customers send through your website chat, email you connect to Nimble, and phone calls handled by Nimble, including transcripts and recordings where call recording is enabled.
Technical information. Basic usage and device information needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use information
We use the information above to provide the service: answering your customers using the business content you supply, booking appointments on connected calendars, showing you conversation history in your dashboard, and keeping the service secure. We do not sell personal information.
Connected accounts
If you connect an account such as Google Calendar or Gmail, Nimble accesses only the permissions you approve during sign-in, and only to provide the features you turn on. You can disconnect a connected account at any time in your settings.
Website chat and customer memory
When a visitor chats with a business that uses Nimble, the chat window says at the start of the conversation that Nimble is an AI assistant and that chats are saved. We collect the messages in the conversation and, when the visitor provides them, their name, phone number, and preferences.
We keep this information for the business whose website the visitor used, so the business can follow up with them and so Nimble can recognize them and remember their preferences on return visits. We keep chat records while the business’s account is active. A visitor can ask the business, or contact us at admin@nimblesuites.com, to delete their information.
Sharing
We share information with the service providers that help us operate Nimble (such as hosting, communications, and AI model providers), only as needed to run the service, and when required by law.
Retention and your choices
We keep account and conversation information while your account is active. You may contact us at admin@nimblesuites.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information.
Changes
If we change this policy in a material way, we will update this page and revise the date above.
