Day-8 billing, explained
Nothing bills during the 7-day free trial. On day 8, the one-time $499 setup and the first month of the plan you picked bill together — at the founding rate ($29/$59/$99 a month) if you are a first-wave customer, or the standard rate ($49/$99/$149) otherwise. If a payment is not made, the service switches off: your widget stays on your site but inactive, and your build is kept on file so it can be reactivated instantly when you return. A formal cancellation removes the chat from your site entirely.
