Billing from day 1, explained
Nimble Chat Pro is charged from day 1. You sign up with a card, and the one-time $499 done-for-you setup and your first month are charged together at signup. There is no free trial.
Plans are Starter at $49, Business at $99, and Enterprise at $149 per month, and your plan renews monthly after the first month. One plan covers one business; each location has its own plan.
If a payment is not made, the service switches off: your widget stays on your site, inactive, and your build is kept on file. If you cancel, your plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, and the chat is then removed from your site.
Come back within 90 days of your cancellation or switch-off and the $499 setup is not charged again; after 90 days, it is.
