Appointment booking - scope and limits
Appointment booking uses Google Calendar - the workspace books onto the business's connected Google Calendar. Available times are offered between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Central. A booking is confirmed only after the calendar confirms the event; a pending request is not a confirmation, and the agent never presents it as one. The agent does not double-book, does not hold times speculatively, and does not invent appointment details. Rescheduling currently means cancelling the confirmed booking and choosing a new time. If booking is unavailable for any reason, the agent takes a name and callback number for human follow-up during business hours.
