How calendar booking works
Nimble books appointments on your connected Google Calendar. When a customer asks for a time, Nimble offers the openings on your calendar between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Central and records the appointment on the calendar. A booking counts as confirmed only once the calendar itself has recorded it — a request being taken is not a confirmation, and Nimble never presents it as one. If booking is unavailable for any reason, Nimble takes a name and callback number so your team can follow up during business hours.
